NOTICE OF HEARING
STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons and their heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, trustees, successors and assigns and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all interested parties, particularly in McClain County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Achley Resources Inc; and if any of the above whose addresses are not known or are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties; and if any of the above are corporations which do not continue to have legal existence, the unknown trustees or assigns of such parties.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Eckard Energy LLC and Eckard Operating LLC, has filed an application in this cause requesting exception to General Rule 165: 10-3-28(c)(2)(B). Rule 165:10-3-28 provides that no horizontal well shall be closer than 600 feet to an existing wellbore. Applicant’s Crowley 7-18-7N-4W 1XH well could potentially be closer than 600 feet from the DM Brooks 2 well, API No. 35-087-20774, which Atchley Resources Inc. produces from the Osborne Sand common source of supply in Section 7-7N-4W. Therefore, Applicant requests as part of this location exception an exception to Rule 165:10-3-28(c)(2)(B).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and that the authorization and permission requested herein run in favor of Applicant.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause is set before an administrative law judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at 8:30 A.M. on the 21st day of July, 2026 at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.
Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The specific room location, including updates, of each scheduled hearing or public meeting will be available on or before the day of the event at the information desk in the first-floor lobby of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and on the Commission’s website at: https://oklahoma.gov/occ/court-dockets.html. The referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or videoconference. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use, interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact Applicant or Applicant’s attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their names and telephone numbers.
