Districts in Caddo

The Bulldogs are in Caddo  for Districts. They play Vanoss at 2 p.m. then the loser of Vanoss-Caddo at 4 p.m.

“We’ll have to play the best baseball we’ve played all year. I don’t know much about Vanoss and Caddo, except they’re good offensively and very athletic,” head coach Shane Collins said.

Last week, Wayne dropped a series of games including a 16-5 loss to Elmore City.

They had two losses in the Heart of Oklahoma tournamant – 8-0 to host Purcell and 12-4 to Asher.

Monday, in their final game of the regular season, Wayne lost to the Demons 14-3.

“We’re in  a slump, so we plan to get after it this week preparing for Thursday’s games.”
