DETERMINATION OF DEATH
The State of Oklahoma To: The Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns of James W. Bradbury, and to all Persons Claiming any right, title, or interest in and to the real estate hereinafter described: the following tract of land in Section 13, Township 5 North, Range 4 West, McClain County, Oklahoma: the S/2 NE/4 NE/4; SE/4 NE/4; E/2 W/2 NE/4; SW/4 NW/4 NE/4; N/2 NE/4 SE/4; and W/2 NW/4 SE/4 (hereinafter, the “Subject Lands”)
TAKE NOTICE: That Wildboar Energy, LLC has filed in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, its Petition for Determination of Death pursuant to 58 O.S. § 911, seeking a judicial determination that James W. Bradbury died on September 30, 2008, and that the life estate reserved by James W. Bradbury in that certain Mineral Deed recorded in Book 1717, Page 847, in the office of the County Clerk of McClain County, Oklahoma, terminated upon his death.
You are further notified that the Petition has been set for hearing before the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, on the 27 day of August, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in the courtroom of the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, located at 121 North 2nd Avenue, Purcell, Oklahoma 73080.
