A story in last week’s Purcell Register read that Timothy McPherson, 67, of Maysville plead guilty in the Sept. 30, 2022 traffic death of Cherie Hudson of Purcell.
The story should have read that McPherson entered a no contest plea.
After the no contest plea, McPherson was remanded to the McClain County Jail awaiting formal sentencing August 26.
The newspaper regrets the error.
