CREDITORS  AND NOTICE

OF HEARING SETTLEMENT

OF ESTATE,  DETERMINATION

OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE

You are hereby notified that on the 13th day of February, 2026, Petitioner, Jason E. Qualls, filed in the District Court of McClain County, an instrument in writing dated August 22, 2022 purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Peggy Ann Qualls, Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition for Summary Administration. Petitioner has alleged that Peggy Ann Qualls, age 89, died on December 10, 2025, in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, residing in McClain County, State of Oklahoma, and that the total estimated value of Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is less than Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00). The names and addresses of the administrators, executors, non-petitioning co-nominees, heirs, legatees and devisees of Peggy Ann Qualls, deceased, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows:

Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 2nd day of April, 2026 at 9:30 o’clock a.m.  in the courtroom of the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and settlement of estate and petition for admission of Will to probate, determination of heirs, legatees and devisees, distribution and discharge of the Petitioner. 

Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice entered herein, all creditors having claims against Peggy Ann Qualls are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner’s attorney, Wright Law Firm PLLC, 2545 S Kelly Avenue, Suite A, Edmond, Oklahoma 73013 on or before the following presentment date: the 16th day of March, 2026, or the same will be forever barred.

All persons interested in the Estate of Peggy Ann Qualls, deceased, are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition prior to the hearing and send a copy to the above-name attorney, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections.
