DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, AND FOR APPROVAL

OF FINAL ACCOUNT, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE

TO: THE CREDITORS OF AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF MARIE BECK A/K/A ANNETTE WILSON, DECEASED

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that David Wilson of 8899 Rocker Ave., Plymouth, MI 48170, Petitioner of the Estate of Marie Beck a/k/a Anette Wilson, Deceased, (collectively “Decedent” or the “Estate”) represented by Lacey L. Egbert and Myla C. Brown of Hartsfield & Egbert, PLLC, 764 N. Santa Fe Avenue, Edmond, OK 73003, has petitioned the Court for Summary Administration of the Estate.

Estate of Marie Beck a/k/a Annette Wilson

Petitioner alleges that Marie Beck a/k/a Annette Wilson (“Decedent”) died intestate on July 6, 2025, domiciled in Ypsilanti Twp, Washtenaw County, Michigan.  Petitioner alleges the total value of the Estate is less than $200,000.00. Petitioner further alleges that the names, ages, and last known addresses of the administrators, executors, non-petitioning co-nominees, heirs, legatees, and devisees of Decedent, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Hearing will be held on the 12th day of March 2026 at 9:30 o’clock A. M. at the District Courthouse in McClain County, in Purcell, Oklahoma, before the Judge of the District Court.  At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and the Petition for Approval of the Final Account and for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees, and Distribution (collectively “Petitions”).  The Petition for Approval of the Final Account and Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees, and Distribution will be filed herein on the or before the 20th day of February 2026.

Persons receiving this Notice must file any objections they have to the Petitions at any time before the Hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in care of his attorney or you will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petitions.  If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the Hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed. Claims of creditors will be forever barred unless the claim is presented to Lacey L. Egbert, attorney for Petitioner, at the law offices of Hartsfield & Egbert, 764 N. Santa Fe Avenue, Edmond, OK 73003, no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice.
