Funeral services for Clara Reese Claunch, 86, of Lexington will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024 at the Memorial Assembly of God Church in Purcell. Interment will follow at Lexington Cemetery under the direction of the Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell.
Mrs. Claunch died unexpectedly Nov. 29, 2024 at Norman Regional Hospital.
Clara Reese Lawson was born Feb. 18, 1938 in Marietta, Okla. the second of four children of J.B. Lawson and Clara Ruth (Keltner) Coulter.
Survivors include her children, Vickie Clark and Bruce, Teresa Bonner and Gary, Johnny Claunch, Pam Garver and Cherie Engdahl and Leon; sister, Brenda Ringwald; brother, Jim Lawson; 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
