This addendum is hereby made a part of the contract documents to the same extent as though

it were originally included therein. The following changes, modifications, corrections, clarifications, additions and/or deletions as set forth herein shall apply to the above referenced proposal package and shall be made a part hereof and be subject to all of the requirements as though originally specified and/or shown. The contractor shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum in the appropriate blank of the bid proposal form.

This Addendum is issued to provide the following modifications:

part of the contract documents.

MODIFICATIONS:

1. COVER PAGE
2. The final date and time for bids to be received at City Hall and the date and time in which bids will be publicly opened and read aloud was originally “10:00 AM, on April 28th, 2026”. This will be moved to “10:00 AM, on May 12th, 2026”.
3. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
4. Paragraph 1 – The final date and time for bids to be received at City Hall and the date and time in which bids will be publicly opened and read aloud was originally “10AM, on April 28th”. This will be moved to “10AM, on May 12th”.
5. Paragraph 3 – The mandatory pre-bid field meeting, originally held on “Tuesday, April 21st, 2026, at 10:00 AM”, will be re-held on “May, 5th, 2026, at 10:00 AM”.
