In a special called meeting Monday, the Purcell City Council voted to enter into an agreement for human resources assistance.

The board, meeting in the community room of city hall, approved a Human Resources Service Agreement with Karsten Group, LLC effective December 8, through June 30, 2026.

The agreement includes human resources, benefits administration and payroll administration services for a one-time implementation fee and monthly service cost of $8,750.

The city’s HR employee recently resigned.
