Cassi D’Lon Allison

Posted

Cassi D’Lon Allison was a cute bundle of joy who entered this world on January 23, 1981 in Norman, Oklahoma. She was the oldest child of Jeff and Lenore Allison, big sister to Lauren  and Kelly. She departed this world too soon on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at the age of 40 years.

Growing up, Cassi loved being outside, riding her bike and playing softball. She was always social and outgoing, quick to share hugs and a smile. She loved music and was always singing. As a teenager she continued her love for softball and traveled during summers with competitive teams, making lots of friends and memories.

Cassi graduated from Washington High School in 1999 and later attended Mid-America Technology Center where she obtained her Licensed Practical Nurse license. She enjoyed nursing and taking care of the elderly, as she had a servant’s heart. Cassi was an outgoing person who had a loving heart and was always up for an adventure. She grew up knowing that “differences” do not matter nearly as much.

Cassi enjoyed dancing, thrift shopping and art. She was a very creative person. She loved sunflowers and her favorite colors were red and black. Cassi felt for other people’s needs and anything they needed she wanted to provide. People always loved being around her and her presence would just light up the room.

Those left to cherish her memories are her parents, Jeff and Lenore Allison of Goldsby; children, Chandler Allison, Andrew Roth, Graecyn Roth, Jameson Janis and Maribel Janis; and brother, Kelly Allison.

Her loving sister, Lauren Allison, preceded her in death on October 15, 2018.

Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 3, 2021 at the Goldsby Baptist Church, Goldsby, Oklahoma. Arrangements were under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, Oklahoma.
