PETITION FOR LETTERS
OF ADMINISTRATION
Notice is hereby given to all heirs at law of J.B. Newsom, Sr., Decedent, that on the 15th day of December, 2025, Linda Newsom, Petitioner, filed in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition for Letters of Administration alleging that Decedent died intestate, requesting that letters of administration be issued to Petitioner, and that the identity of all heirs-at-law of the Decedent be determined for purposes of filing waivers and consents as permitted by law.
The hearing on the Petition for Letters of Administration is hereby set for the 8th day of January, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at the McClain County Courthouse, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
