Notice is hereby given that Carol Jane Painter , the Personal Representative of the Estate of Evanna Marti Clayton, deceased, having filed in this Court a Final Report and Final Account, Petition for Order Allowing Final Report and Final Account, Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees, and for Final Decree of Distribution (“Final Report”) regarding the administration of said Estate, the hearing of same has been fixed by the Court for the 20 th day of November 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the McClain County Courthouse, Purcell, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested in said Estate are notified to appear and show cause why the Final Report should not be settled and allowed.
Notice of this proceeding shall be given by publication hereof as required by law for two successive weeks in the Purcell Register of McClain County, Oklahoma. Notice of said hearing shall also be mailed at least ten (10) days prior to the date of hearing to the heirs-at-law, legatees and devisees of the Decedent.
