NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Blackjack Natural Resources, LLC, and Blackjack Operating, LLC, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to approve a multiunit horizontal well in the 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing units formed for the Woodford common source of supply in Sections 19, 30 and 31-7N-2W and Section 6-6N-2W, McClain County, Oklahoma, so as to allow such multi-unit horizontal well to be drilled at the following location:

All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The specific room location, including updates, of each scheduled hearing or public meeting will be available on or before the day of the event at the information desk in the first-floor lobby of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and on the Commission’s website at: https://oklahoma.gov/occ/court-dockets.html.
