Funeral services for Bill Cheatwood, 93, of Lexington were held April 1, 2025 at the Wilson-Little Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed at the Chappel Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell.
Mr. Cheatwood died March 28, 2025.
Charley Bill Cheatwood was born Jan. 14, 1932 in Lexington, Okla., the ninth of 10 children of William Clarence Cheatwood and Dora May (Wilmette) Cheatwood.
Survivors include his daughter, Marsha Tirey of Norman; son, Billy Cheatwood and wife, Fonda, of Empire; brother, Melvin Cheatwood and wife, Juanita, of Lexington; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
