The 17th annual Heart of Oklahoma Back to School Bash is Saturday, August 1, at the Purcell City Lake, 1400 Chandler Road.

The event starts at 5 p.m.

The goal of Landmark Church, in conjunction with the Heart of Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce, is to provide school supplies for 850 kids in Purcell and the surrounding communities.

The event will offer a fun afternoon of various games, food and more.
