Combining Saturday’s rainfall with the rain that fell Monday, the Heart of Oklahoma received 1.55” bringing the year-to-date total here to 16.45”.
Oklahoma City has received 17.08” so far this year. The normal year-to-date total is 16.19”.
According to the Oklahoma Mesonet, the wettest spot in the state for the last week is Byars with over three inches recorded.
Purcell is down nearly 10 inches behind this time last year when 26” had been recorded for the year through mid-June.
Additional precipitation is in the forecast.
