The Washington boys golf team won the Prairie West Golf Tournament in Weatherford.
They shot a team score of 348.
Jax Brewer took second place individual honors after shooting 76.
“They’ve been working on their game and their scores are improving,” said Washington golf coach TJ Scholz. “Jax has been consistent and the other four guys have been lowering their scores.”

Seth Madden shot 97.
“They’ve been playing a lot and there’s not a day that if we’re not in a tournament they aren’t on a golf course somewhere,” Scholz said.
They next play at FireLake in Tecumseh Wednesday, April 14.
