He was born June 21, 1953 in Purcell, the son of Oal Ray and Aleene Virginia (Miller) Baker.
Survivors include his sister, Jeanne (Baker) Oliver and husband, Bob; one nephew, Adam Gibson and wife, Becky, and one niece, Laura Stephens and husband, Scotty.
