Mary was born November 27, 1954 in Purcell, Oklahoma, to Hubert Alvin and Mildred Inez (Reinhardt) Qualls. She was raised in Purcell, graduating from Purcell High School in 1972.
She continued her education in the nursing program at Mid-American Vo-Tech in Wayne. Mary was a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked in all aspects of healthcare.
She enjoyed putting together puzzles and tending to her flower garden. Mary also enjoyed needlepoint, shopping and taking care of her cats.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Mildred Qualls; her sister, Norma Stephens and her husband, Dale, and an infant sister.
Survivors include her sister, Inez Stephens and husband, Don, of Washington; her brother, Richard Qualls and wife, Sandy, of Wister, Oklahoma; her brother, Wes Qualls and wife, Vicky, of Lexington; her good friend, Nancy Carr; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
