Lexington Schools enrollment

Lexington Public Schools will hold enrollment Tuesday, July 27, and Wednesday, July 28, from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m. and Thursday, July 29, from 1-6 p.m.

All students will enroll at the High School Commons area.

Please be reminded that enrollment forms are on our website http://www.lexington.k12.ok.us/ and can expedite the enrollment process when printed and completed.

• All returning students must bring the following:
• An up-to-date Immunization Record;
• One proof of residency (driver’s license will not be accepted).

All new students must bring the following:

• State Issued Birth Certificate;
• Social Security Card;
• Immunization Record;
• One proof of residency (driver’s license will not be accepted).

Please ensure your Pre-K, Kindergarten and seventh grade children are current on their immunization records. See https://www.ok.gov/health2/documents/Guide.

If your child owes lunch or library fees from the previous school year, please settle the balance at enrollment and/or return any text books, library books or school property that was not turned in at the end of last school year.

**NOTE: There will also be an activity fee of $10 collected at enrollment for all high school (grades 9-12) extra-curricular activities, including band, vocal, athletics, FFA, academic team, etc. One fee per student covers all activities.
