Purcell received .8” of rain Monday while Washington recorded .95”, according to the Oklahoma Mesonet.
The mesonet reported Byars received .78”.
That raises the amount of rain received in Purcell to 19.10” compared to 27.10” for this same time last year. 12.92” has been recorded at Will Rogers World Airport this year.
There is a chance for more rain Saturday and Sunday, weather officials report.
